Data Residency
Primary data is stored in secure AWS facilities in the United States. Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel only.
Data Privacy & Retention
We believe in data minimization. You own your data. We do not sell your conversation logs or lead data to third parties, and we do not use your private business data to train foundational models across other accounts.
By default, conversation logs are retained as long as your account is active to provide historical context for your CRM. You can request data deletion at any time in accordance with GDPR and CCPA guidelines.
